April, Visiting Teaching is something mormon women do. Each woman, 18 and older, is assigned a companion. Each companionship goes out once a month and visits a few women. We get a list of 3 or 4 (or 5 or 6) women and go out and visit them. We become friends, chat, and share a spiritual thought. That's the basis for this joke. Second, Mormons read twilight. Not EVERY mormon, but a good majority do and love it...and so the joke of this is that the spiritual thought for these visiting teachers is from a fictional book, not the scriptures.

Aunt Marion sent it, but there's a website called 9th ward Cartoons that made it.
