well, not really.
but tonight we're going to hear a song by the guys who sing that song.
a few months ago i heard weezer was coming to town. weezer is one of dave's favorite bands, so i thought i would look into getting tickets and surprise him. then i heard that angels and airwaves were performing at the same concert, and it was no longer a maybe, it was a "we're going. period." i went online to buy tickets, and the concert was on a tuesday night, so i couldn't surprise dave (he has class on tuesdays and would need to get the okay from his teacher to miss). so i told him about it, he enthusiastically begged to go, and we got tickets.
it's tonight.
can't wait.
especially for the hootenanny (where people from the audience get to go up on stage and play whatever instrument they know along with them...harmonica, trombone, whatever).
full update tomorrow!
here's their "troublemaker" video...i'm working on a video of noah set to this song.
my favorite line: "you wanted arts and crafts. how's this for arts and crafts?" followed by a guitar rif.
hilarious.

UGH!
I am SO JEALOUS!!!!
Have a GREAT time!
Weezer was the first concert I went to. It was awesome!
You're gonna have a blast. (Angels and Airways is WAY better than the stupid group that performed for us).
Have so much fun! It sounds so fun.
I always thought a hootenanny was a pancake.
Sounds like a ton of fun. What instrument are you going to play?
no instruments for me, but i did sing along! especially at the "gimme gimme" part.
