Oh and I just saw your review for the Appeal and felt EXACTLY the same way!! How did you end up liking the Host?
I liked it. It wasn't my favorite, but I liked it. I was unsure of how they were going to reconcile the moral dilemma--I wanted Wanderer to stay but I didn't want her to take another body...so she worked it out nicely, although I hated how weak the girl she got was. I like strong women, I guess. And I was sooo tired of hearing about the stupid CAVES. After 17 pages of description, did she really need to say "we twisted and turned through the dark caves" every time somebody went anywhere? We get it. They're in caves. Ugh. Seems like an editor would've cut all that cave-crap out and made it at least 100 pages shorter. Other than that, I liked it!
That is totally my kind of night! I love that movie. And I love coke! And I love chocolate ice cream the most. Good times.
