located in draper at the top of 123rd south, this pizzeria is a bit out of the way.
dave and i started eating there when we lived in draper
right after it opened.
it is groan-worthy, people.
the pizza is so good.
and now that we're in clearfield, let's just say
we make the trip to see "my parents" a lot more often.
my favorite is the traditional chicago pizza (which means thin crust),
and it's cut into squares instead of triangles.
the crust is just the right amount of crispy,
the toppings plentiful and fresh.
dave loves the homemade sausage sandwich and the stuffed crust pizza,
but for me, it's thin crust all the way.
i could inhale an entire large by myself.
seriously.
when you dine in you get the ambience of a real chicago pizzeria:
cubs paraphanelia everywhere,
along with posters and flat screens.
i recommend the pizza margherita (the tomatoes are to die for)
and the house salad.
the dressing is tangy and sweet
and perfect when paired with a thin crust pizza.
they always have incredible specials going
(like tonight: an extra large 2-topping pizza, garlic bread and a salad for $19.99)
and every friday there's a new deal.
so make your way to draper this friday.
this place is worth the drive.

Oh man! My mouth is LITERALLY watering right now. I'm thinking about taking the drive up from Cedar this weekend...you know, to "see" my parents.
Yummy! This looks so good. I still can't eat any Utah pizza. So spoiled after the real thing in Brooklyn. Oh, just writing about it makes me want to have a slice of thin crust veggie (no tomato souce)whole wheat from a small place in Brooklyn with some fresh mozarrella!!!!!!!!
looks SO good!
