"I invite you to read the Book of Mormon between now and the end of the year. As impossible as that may seem with all you are trying to manage in your life, if you will accept this invitation with full purpose of heart, the Lord will help you find a way to achieve it. And, as you prayerfully study, I promise that the heavens will open for you. The Lord will bless you with increased inspiration and revelation.
"As you read, I would encourage you to mark each verse that speaks of or refers to the Savior. Then, be intentional about talking of Christ, rejoicing in Christ, and preaching of Christ with your families and friends. You and they will be drawn closer to the Savior through this process. And changes, even miracles, will begin to happen."

crap indeed!!! i want to cry!
You go wash your mouth out right now. You know your mom doesn't like that word!
Sorry about the crappy snow!
My sentiments EXACTLY!! That is counted as a four letter BAD word at our house! Not crap -- SNOW!
sick
:) we were all so excited here in AZ b/c it was 60-70's yesterday rather than 95.
get out your snow boots!!
How do you really feel?
HILARIOUS!!!!
rahahahaahah....that sucks! Sorry. We are still in shorts and sandals. I got burned at the beach yesterday. But I do miss the season change a little. It is so pretty!!
Time for another trip to California.
you are so eloquent!!!!!!! (sp?) i felt the same way. i am not ready for this to begin. i think i'm already getting the seasonal depression. last winter was so rough i still haven't recovered!!
fun!
I heard you guys got snow out there. CRAZY. I would NOT be happy if we got snow in October. I hope it is not a sign of your winter ahead...
Crap indeed!
you just have no idea how jealous I am!!!
crazy! Denver was suppose to get snow, but we just got rain and coldness! thanksfully I wasn't here to see any of it! ...i was in beautiful Chicago. (blogs to come!)
OOOOOHHHH, I want snow! I love it, you're so lucky, even if you don't think you are! ;-)
rachel, the real trouble is that it also snowed in june. if we have snow in june and october, that makes our winter 9 months long. and i like summer lots better than winter. i feel so cooped up during the winter!! it's pretty, and it's fun before christmas, but by january...i'm DONE with it.
Are you SERIOUS?!?!?! That's a for real picture? That's insane. And just wrong.
Shannon's comment reminds me of one of my favorite lines from You've Got Mail where Joe is at the gym and sees himself on TV in that interview that was highly edited and then, outraged, says, "I was eloquent. @&%#." I love that movie.
oh yeah it was for real. we had about 3 inches. it stayed around for a few days in the shade, but it's back up to the 60s now so i guess it's okay.
