everybody started campaigning waaaay too early and now the candidates are all on my nerves and it seems like they are only hurting themselves instead of winning votes.
i never thought i'd be anxious for november but i can't wait for this stupid thing to be over.

tomorrow my brother-in-law graduates from byu and i can't wait to go "home" for it!
plus my in-laws are coming, we're having a BBQ, and it's gonna be a party.
love family gatherings.

a few weeks ago some friends and i got together for lunch and scrabble.
it was one of the funnest days i've had in a long time!
who knew scrabble could be so fun?
(this is maci, she's single if anyone's interested...
although she did come in last place, heh heh heh).

I saw the rice rationing on news last night. Supposedly people are freaking for no reason- says the guy on the California "rice commission"(or something like that) board. Plenty for everyone...just more expensive b/c grocery prices are all increasing.
I'm confused about the rice thing? Please fill me in.
Also, you are making me so incredibly jealous of your friend /family get togethers. Please move to Texas so we can hang out!!!
I love the elections when Hillary is losing. It is crazy that rice and wheat doubled in price. Wild! Also, cute advertisment for Maci. Is she dating anyone or everyone kind of thing?

and my sister-in-law misty went to the cannery this morning and had to wait in line--she's never had to wait before, and prices went way up. this economy is nutso.

Our cannery up here can't keep anything on the shelves. They get a huge shipment and it's gone within hours. Craziness.
